## What is free
- Date maths: days away, working days, the first working day back (weekends skipped unless you work them; set "Back on" yourself around public holidays).
- The desk calendar (away days hatched, the day back ringed, a sticky note with the subject line).
- The privacy scan of every field, and a plain draft built only from your form with flagged details left out.
- The values for Gmail's vacation responder (first day, ends, subject, contacts-only advice) - the page cannot switch it on for you.

## The metered task
One task, `away`, on gpt-terra, metered per run. Input string fields: `task`, `away_from`, `away_until`, `back_on` (written out, e.g. "Monday 16 November 2026"), `working_days`, `audience` (`everyone` or `colleagues`), `tone` (`crisp`, `warm` or `formal`), `reason`, `cover` (numbered lines), `urgent`, `notes` and `private_flags`. The reply is one JSON object: `verdict` (`ask` - add a contact first; `trim` - private details kept out; `ready`), `subject`, `message`, `short`, `left_out`, `missing` and `note`.

The page checks every reply: the return date written exactly, no other dates, every cover contact copied as typed, and no private detail or invented contact in the subject, message or status.
